Each session includes a quality lunch\, provided as part of your Collective membership and focused\, practical insights designed to deliver real value you can apply immediately. \n\nThese mid-day gatherings offer a convenient alternative to after-hours events\, allowing members to connect\, learn\, and engage during the workday without added stress. Attendees will hear from respected community business leaders\, fellow young professionals\, and other inspiring voices across five thoughtfully curated educational luncheons.\n\n\n\nDate: September 3rd\, 2026\n\nTime: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM\n\nLocation: TBA\n\nVolume 4 Guest Speaker: Dr. Clair Reynolds Kueny\n\nSponsor: Phelps Health\n\n\n\nAbout The Speaker: Dr. Clair Reynolds Kueny earned a BS in Psychology and Political Science with a minor in Statistics at Truman State University. She then went on to graduate school at Saint Louis University where she earned a M.S. and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Quantitative Methods in Behavioral Science. She joined as faculty in the Psychological Science Department at Missouri S&T in 2016. Dr. Kueny currently serves as the Department Chair. Her research interests and areas of expertise focus on reactions and interactions surrounding employee initiative\, addressing employee stress\, and improving well-being. Additionally\, she has a special interest in working with healthcare professionals and applying I-O principals to improve healthcare professional work experiences and healthcare delivery\, particularly in rural settings. \n\nAttendance is reserved for 2026 Collective Members\, and RSVP is required.
