Floor Lead Associate at Helping Hands Thrift Store

We are seeking an experienced Floor Lead employee to join our team at Helping Hands Thrift Store.
Your job will be to ensure the smooth functioning of operations on our sales floor and maintain high standards of customer service.  You will ensure customer needs are met, improve operational processes, and maintain an organized, clean sales floor.
We are looking for a driven retail professional with strong leadership skills and can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.  This position will work 4-5 days per week including Saturdays. Approximately 30-35 hours a week.
Job Responsibilities:
-Overseeing daily store processes (opening/closing of store, all register needs, creating and maintaining a successful sales floor)
-Providing a high level of customer service to all customers
-Working directly with Manager, Store Supervisor, staff and volunteers
