Hi, I'm Ian Brand, a REALTOR with the Matt Smith Real Estate Group at eXp Realty. I was born and raised in Cuba, Missouri, and I'm proud to help buyers and sellers throughout Rolla, St. Robert, St. James, Cuba, and communities across South Central Missouri.

Real estate has always been something that interested me because it's been part of my family's story, but my time working on a farm for a horse trainer is what really sparked my passion for land. That's what inspired me to pursue a career in real estate, to become a land specialist and help others find the perfect property to fit their dreams and goals.

The best part of this job is building genuine relationships and helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I'm committed to working hard, staying determined, and always putting my clients first. My goal is for every client to feel like they have someone in their corner every step of the process.

I am Brendon Brewer and I grew up in Villa Ridge, MO. I have spent my life from the age of 16 to currently in the space of serving others from volunteer firefighting, military service, emergency medicine, nursing home administrator and now a realtor. In this industry I have the ability to connect with clients on a personal aspect and truly understand what personal goals have been set to achieve success in each of our stories. I enjoy the ability of helping people's dreams become a reality! I serve out of the Rolla office with Matt Smith Real Estate Group but serve in the Rolla, Salem, Licking, Houston, St. Robert, Waynesville and everywhere in between! I have a military background and I have a very large family of 13 kids!

I was born and raised in a small town in northern Maine. I am an Army wife which is what led to our move to Missouri. I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending way too much time with my dogs!

My name is Lauren and I have been in Missouri since August of 2000. My husband and I have since decided to make the Ozarks area our forever home where we want to raise our 2 children. What we enjoy the most are the people, seasons, cultures and many outdoor activities available to us in the area. I was born and raised in Phelps County. After graduating from Truman State University, I moved back to the area and quickly found my passion in helping families buy and sell properties in the Phelps, Pulaski and surrounding areas. I am a local man, born and raised here. I love our community so much my wife and I decided to raise our own two children in the area. My passion for real estate drove me to obtain my real estate license in 2013, then my brokers license shortly after in 2016. When I'm not leading my team to constantly strive to be the best they can be, my favorite things are being a dad and improving on my mediocre golf game!

I’m Shawn Witzemann, a Realtor with Matt Smith Real Estate Group, working out of the St. Robert and Rolla offices. Originally from New Mexico, I live in Cabool, Missouri, and regularly spend time in West Plains, Springfield, and Kansas City.

I love improving myself at the gym, live music, and learning as much as I can about our world. As a single father to two sons—one at MSU West Plains and one at Cabool High School—my roots here continue to deepen. 

With an established background in media consulting, journalism, and twenty years in plumbing and mechanical contracting, I recently transitioned to real estate to serve the Ozark community and the State of Missouri. My diverse skills and passion for connection drive me to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
