Collective Lunch & Learn - Volume 4

The Collective’s Lunch & Learn Series brings together accomplished guest speakers and timely topics tailored specifically for local young professionals. Each session includes a quality lunch, provided as part of your Collective membership and focused, practical insights designed to deliver real value you can apply immediately. 

These mid-day gatherings offer a convenient alternative to after-hours events, allowing members to connect, learn, and engage during the workday without added stress. Attendees will hear from respected community business leaders, fellow young professionals, and other inspiring voices across five thoughtfully curated educational luncheons.

Volume 4 Guest Speaker: Dr. Clair Reynolds Kueny

About The Speaker: Dr. Clair Reynolds Kueny earned a BS in Psychology and Political Science with a minor in Statistics at Truman State University. She then went on to graduate school at Saint Louis University where she earned a M.S. and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Quantitative Methods in Behavioral Science. She joined as faculty in the Psychological Science Department at Missouri S&T in 2016. Dr. Kueny currently serves as the Department Chair. Her research interests and areas of expertise focus on reactions and interactions surrounding employee initiative, addressing employee stress, and improving well-being. Additionally, she has a special interest in working with healthcare professionals and applying I-O principals to improve healthcare professional work experiences and healthcare delivery, particularly in rural settings.
